Phone triage hotline for each ED

Phone triage hotline for the public to call direct to particular ED deparments where they would normally/frequently attend. ED nurse/nurse navigator position to answer and redirect care as appropriate. Not 1300Health this is too generalised, pt need someone who can look at their chart and give them or their carer taylored advice. Someone who knows the appropriate referal pathway.

    this could also cut down on people finding the wait times too long, if they were pre warned they may look at other services first
