Do what's best for others. Not what's easiest for us.
Sometimes, to get the best result, whether it be for the patients, the organisation or the employees, those who can influence the result have a choice between taking extra time to explore all options or just making a decision which makes life/work easier for them.
Why the contribution is important
This organisation is extremely complex with many streams. At it's core is the optimum wellbeing and health of those who come seeking health care and those who work within the organisation. Achieving this optimum will require each of us who work within the organisation to focus on those we care for or manage or educate/train rather than focussing on what works best for us.
